Local system for running, watching, and steering multi-step AI experiments from one operator interface.
What it's about
AI work quickly gets scattered across terminals, notes, logs, and half-finished scripts. Huginn started as an attempt to gather experiments in a local system that makes it easier to see what is happening, what has been spent, and where the work stands.
How it was made
Python backend with SQLite, a SvelteKit operator UI, and Tauri as the desktop shell. The system is built for practical control: launch runs, follow steps, watch budget, and keep local experiments organized.
